Indicator - editor Eidos has shown, that its new studio in Montreal, Quebec, has opened covers to public opinion, and what is it will open, working out the second continuation to their name most known for the RPG/FPS title: Deus Ex.
“This game was very high estimated on the voiding in 2000, and we have this big huge obligation to do the third, and all worry much,” said Stephane D’Astous, Eidos Montreal’s general manager and former Ubisoft exec.
To guarantee quality, difficult markets Eidos to save group of architects of small game and - therefore - time for compilation long. “We work only over popularity, priorities. We are going to to work out only the main games of popularity, using only processing technique of the following general”, D’Astous explained. “We will want to limit our dev teams to a human-sized team of 80 people at the very highest of the peak in the production cycle. We don’t want to become a huge studio where there’s over 100 people on a title. We want a smaller, multi-discipline group that are tightly knit together. But by doing so, we will give them at least 18 to 24 months for the production cycle.”
“Some indicators try to place really names of the logic circuit within 12-15 months; we work on the difficult markets of our first securities a little which will be free only after 24 months.”
